I personally can only see this being an all or nothing decision, either
the FL were wrong to punish Leeds (at all, or with a points deduction) or
they werent.

The ONLY adjustment of points could come perhaps if they deem the 'new'
offence of not exiting via a CVA should have been covered in their
existing admin rules and therefore subject to another 10point deduction,
not 15, and thereby give us 5 back?

Unless the panel are specifically meeting to both decide if Leeds should
be punished, and if so, by how much?
