I dont get this - what will other clubs challenge legally?  Why will they
challenge the FL?  Surely the FL's argument right now is that they were
entitled to levy the penalty, it wont be their fault if the arbitration
panel disagree.  Also, if I remember correctly, you cannot sue anyone
unless you have suffered losses as a direct consequence - the only party
in any of this which has suffered losses is Leeds United FC.  Another club
cannot sue because Leeds werent forced to suffer (what was subsequently
deemed to be illegal) losses.  Thats ludicrous.  Thats the talk of a
football chairman! :)
