[LU] Arbitration

Given that we got penalised for something that was effectively started year 
year perhaps the thinking is that we will start next season with 15 points 
in the bag.

On a slightly different train of thought, having Leeds in Div 3 has probably 
been a great PR exercise for the division, gate receipts and attendance must 
be up given that most of the clubs recorded their highest match attendance. 
In terms of impact and money generated for the clubs involved it must be 
higher than if we had been playing in the championship
