Probably not but then I couldn't find a logical explanation for why it is taking 6 MONTHS for the adjudication on whether bank charges are punitive and/or excessive other than that its the only way these adjudicators can justify their humongous fees.
Thr panel can justly claim far more because they deliberated for 3 weeks than if the chair of the panel announced the decision on Tuesday.
