I've always feared that the panel would agree with Ken's double jeopardy
claim and declare that we should not have been deducted 10 points last
season AND 15 points this for practically the same offence. The obvious
solution would then be to reinstate LAST SEASONS 10 points with absolutely
no effect.  

Hope I'm wrong
