Sounds promising to me, I'd not heard that side of the legal argument
quite put that way before.  It does seem like an impossible argument to
defend, legally.

Praps the compensation is to cover the champagne and cigars that
accompanied the collective chuckling and back patting that occurred after
the vote by FL chairmen to uphold the penalty  :)

Being serious for a second, I'm sure that Nottm Forest, Southend and
Doncaster should be happy that they may be facing Carlisle in the
play-offs and not us.  It is just a pity that it isn't Doncaster currently
in second, given the amount of moaning they have been doing.
