Wouldnt in any way affect the arbitration ruling, at most it will mean
some financial sanction on Leeds.
Leeds also have an argument to say that the info they gave was nothing
more than was in the public domain anyway, as the details of Leeds' case
were known because of the High Court proceedings we filed against the FL.
