I think we are all in the same boat - all the rumours are that it may be today and it will be 15 pts back but since only 3 people know (unless it is true they have contacted other clubs to sort out comp etc) and they are keeping it to themsleves I would try and keep a lid on your optimism.
  I am trying to convince myself it is win \ win - if we get them back then we are up = win. If not we are in play offs and ever since we got relegated from Prem I have said I want to go up via play offs so = win
