[LU] NON LU: How to get compensation from a bank?

All,

One of my bank transfers from UK to Oz has been "missing" for one  
month now. HSBC has done nothing about it and during the last
month the value of the transfer has dropped by 330GBP. On top of that  
there is lost interest and 60gbp worth of phone calls I have
made etc.

Have any of you got any experience with this? Im fuming and I want  
payback!! 15 points could ease my mind a bit too..
