[LU] Arbitration decision in full (Longest ever list post)

Not read all of this yet... but always go to the bottom first.

I am GOBSMACKED by this:

59. We also dismiss the Claimant's Claim on the ground of Leeds NewCo's
unreasonable and inexcusable delay in bringing the claim to this
Arbitration.

Can anybody please explain how they can think this? Or has Ken been lying
all along that he was requesting arbitration?
