Two interesting points from the arbitration report (1) 15pts deduction to allow Leeds to start this season in L1 and not L2,  (2) 15pts is not a precedent. 

Did the FL think that, because no other club had avoided relegation with a 10pts deduction, giving Leeds a 15pts deduction would ensure we were playing in L2 next season?!!! This outcome could also punish Leeds further by setting back their schedule for attempting to climb back up the leagues by one year (assuming, of course, that we would have gained promotion from L2 this season).
