Hang on Rick. You'll have to excuse the thickies amongst us. The 15 points
is NOT a penalty? Then what was it?
The 15 points is NOT a precedent? So what exactly was it? To the laymen
amongst us this reads as "Leeds will be deducted 15 points because this
has never happened before (i.e. A penalty) BUT we'll change the rules now
so 15 points won't always be the case." I can see it becoming 10 points
for going into Admin and exiting with a CVA 15 points for going into admin
and exiting without a CVA or something similar.
