The Semi-finals would be a massive over achievement for England. England are 
crap.

Not sure what the cost/size of Wembley got to do with the fact there's only 
a handful of good English players in the Premiership? Even if it is "the 
best league in the World" it would only be because of the oversees managers 
(and you have to include a certain Scottish manager in that) and players.
